In short, I was the fat kid in school, the fat teen, the fat adult and since starting my family; the Fat Dad. I have been on MANY weight loss journeys in the past. Some were somewhat successful, but a majority were failures. Coming into the end of 2019, I was Fat, Depressed, Anxious, self-loathing and was in PRE-DIABETIC state. I decided that I needed to do something different to save my life and so I could be around for my daughter.
