Six months ago, we thought COVID-19 was going to be a relatively short-lived event. Unfortunately, this unprecedented global pandemic continues to be a prolonged time of stress, isolation, and disconnection which has so many people struggling to keep their emotional Self above water. While we can't develop a vaccination or make COVID magically go away, we CAN offer hopeful education and support to help you COPE more effectively during this time of challenge. The psychological team of Dr. Julie T.
