Boris Johnson unveils 'one way road to freedom' for UK

The UK Prime Minister has unveiled what he's describing as a "one-way road to freedom", mapping a path out of the coronavirus lockdown. Boris Johnson has set out a phased plan to ease restrictions, urging caution to prevent another future lockdown. From March, schools will reopen and rules on outdoor gatherings will ease. From April, non-essential shops can open, as well as libraries and museums. The third phase in May will allow for gatherings of 30 people and pubs and restaurants may welcome back patrons. And in the final phase, most remaining restrictions would lift but the changes depend on infection rates continuing to decrease.
