20th Century Fox 2009 Logo Remake (UPDATE 2016)

20th Century Fox 2009 Logo Remake (UPDATE 2016)

It's bigger, it's better, it took me heck of a long while to render because it's so graphic intensive! And, apparently, there's an error on the front searchlight but that's because of this REALISTIC MODELLING is hard work. Anyway, this is it. My updated version of the 2009 20th Century Fox logo as requested by ethan1986media. This updated model now has new, new textures remade from scratch. The golden text, the searchlights, heck, even the front has been updated with new textures. It's been updated so it will look more realistic. Next, the modelling has been updated. From the staircase to the right searchlight, it now looks even more like the original and I used 'The Peanuts Movie' variant (since it's pretty much open matte) as an inspiration to add the minor details like the bottom of the staircase. Also, trees. TREES! Gone is the image of the palm trees when in 3D view, it looked like pirated planes. I've decided to use the sapling modifier to make the trees. The camera animation has been improved so it will look even more like the original. And, I thought the camera animation in my 20th Century Fox 2010 Logo Updated animation was pretty close to the original. This now takes advantage of offset and focal length so it will look immersive. Then, there's the city. Pretty much inspired by my collab with IcePony64, I based the city on a hybrid of the 1994 and the 2009 cities from the respective Fox logos. Plus, I added a little Hollywood antenna beside the 'Hollywood' text. Took me 3 days to model and texture and over five and a half hours to render this and I must say, it is pretty realistic. Still not as realistic as Ice's though but since it's pretty hard to do the textures, I am pleased with the result. Font originally by Lyric West. Sky by doenerman_3000. -Blender 3D 2.76 for making the model and texturing. -Sony Vegas Pro 12 for adding the byline. Also, Ice's YouTube account has been deleted by YouTube because apparently, they've changed the copyright rules so I'm going to put this there because I've OBVIOUSLY used the Fox fanfare.
