EcoBee - turning down the auxiliary heat setting so you can save on your electric bill

Our EcoBee was set to 55 for auxiliary heat to kick on, resulting in a bill over $500 for January. We happened to have our maintenance visit with our HVAC company and he said that auxiliary heat should really be set at 33 degrees. It's emergency heat and shouldn't be running all the time (resulting in a higher bill). Here I replicate what he showed me on the upstairs thermostat on the downstairs thermostat.
