Venus Workshop classes @ Full Out | Amanda Grind, Candace Brown

March 30, 2019. Emerson called this the “Venus Workshop” haha. I was super blessed to be part of a workshop series that featured Me, Amanda Grind, and Candace Brown. Two fantastic ladies who are just.. ugh. So good. I don’t have the right words to be even able to honor them properly. “So good” is not enough lol In the first clip.. man, I really felt like I was dancing. Like dancing dancing. You may not be able to tell but I knew for myself I felt so good. haha “ “ Candace’s classes are always hard movement wise, and her classes go by at a really fast pace. Both their classes always challenge me mentally and keep me on my toes. Check out Chaz tho in the second clip on the far right in white. Killin it.
