Chromatic Blues Rock Lick :: Simple Licks Episode #243

Here’s another use of chromatic notes in a blues rock lick. I’m starting off in Emi pentatonic, pattern 4, and making use of that “blues note” (sharp 4/flat 5) to walk down the scale. Then when I shift down to pattern 3, I go back up and grab it once again, via some legato, and work my way further down to a resolution to the “E” on the 5th string, 7th fret. Enjoy!
