Hazrat Mu'adh ibn Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that one day the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) did not come to us to offer the Fajr prayer. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) offered a short prayer, so when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) greeted him, he said aloud: “Sit in your seats like this.” The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) turned to us and said: “I will tell you now why I did not come to you to lead the prayers. I fell asleep in prayer until she overcame me, then I saw my Lord in the best form so He said: Muhammad! I said: My Lord! I am present. He said: What are the angels arguing about? I said: I do not know. ”Allaah said this three times. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:“ I saw him put his hand between my shoulders until I touched him. I felt the coolness of the tips of my fingers in my heart and heart, and everything became clear to me and I recognized it, then the Almighty said: Muhammad! I said, My Lord! I am present, he said: What are the close angels arguing about? I asked, "What are the deeds that remove sins?" I said: Walking in congregation to offer prayers, sitting in mosques after prayers, performing ablutions properly despite the disgust, he said: Then what are they discussing? I asked: About the degrees, he said: What are they? I said: Feeding, speaking softly and praying (tahajjud) when people are asleep. He said: Ask for something. ”The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:“ I said: O Allaah! I ask You to help me to do good deeds, to give up evil deeds and to love the poor, and that You may forgive me and have mercy on me, and that when You try to afflict a people, I am afflicted with it. To die without doing, I ask you, your love, the love of those who love you and the love of the deed that brings me closer to your love. ”Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "This (dream) is the truth, so remember it and then tell it to others."
