Visit SooperChef.pk/Coca-Cola and catch the best Eid meal recipes #CocaColaKhulayTouDilKhulay #CokeAndMeals #EidSpecialMeals #RibEyeSteak #MexicanRice #SooperChef Ingredients for Steak Seasoning: Black pepper (crushed) 2 tbsp Garlic powder 2 tbsp Salt 2 tbsp Paprika 2 tbsp Onion powder 1 tbsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Rosemary 1/2 tbsp Thyme 1/2 tbsp Red chili flakes 1 tbsp Ingredients for Rib-Eye Marination: Bone in Rib-Eye 2 Olive oil 1/2 cup Lemon juice 2 tbsp Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp Brown sugar 2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp Steak seasoning 1 tsp Ingredients for Mexiacn Rice: Basmati Rice (Soaked) 2 cups Oil 3 tbsp Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp Onion (chopped) 1/4 cup Capsicum (small cubes) 1/4 cup Green peas 1/4 cup Sweet corn 1/4 cup Kidney beans (boiled) 1/4 cup Tomato puree 1 cup Salt to taste Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp Cumin powder 1/2 tsp Red chili flakes 1 ½ tsp Oregano 1/2 tsp Tomato sauce 2 tbsp Water 3 cups Spring onions 1/4 cup Green coriander (Chopped) as required Ingredients for Black pepper sauce: Olive oil 2 tbsp Garlic (Chopped) 1 tbsp Onion (Chopped) 1/4 cup All-purpose flour 1 ½ tbsp Beef broth 2 cups Soy sauce 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp Black pepper powder 1 ½ tsp Salt to taste Directions for Rib-Eye Steak Preparation: 1. In a bowl add crushed black peppercorns, garlic powder, salt, paprika, onion powder, coriander powder, rosemary, thyme, red chili flakes and mix well. Your steak seasoning is ready. set aside. 2. In a tray add olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, brown sugar, salt, Worcestershire sauce, steak seasoning and mix well. 3. Now coat the rib-eye with prepared marinade and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. 4. On a pre-heated grill pan, place the marinated rib-eye and cook each side for 5 minutes on high flame. now reduce the heat to low and cook each side for 10 minutes. Take off flame and set aside. Directions for Mexican Rice Preparation: 5. Heat olive oil in a deep pot and add garlic and onion, cook until onion is translucent. 6. Now add tomato puree, tomato sauce and cook for 5-6 minutes or until oil separates. 7. Now add sweet corn, beans, capsicum, peas and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add red chili flakes, cumin powder, salt, black pepper, oregano and cook for a minute. 8. Add soaked rice and cook for 2-3 minutes. 9. Add water, bring it boil and cook until 80% water has evaporated. Cover with lid and steam on low flame for 10-15 minutes. 10. Garnish with coriander, green onion and serve with steak. Directions for Black pepper sauce: 11. In a pre-heated pan add oil, garlic and onions and cook until the onion gets soft and translucent. 12. Add all-purpose flour and cook for a minute. 13. Add beef broth while stirring in continuously preventing lumps. 14. When the broth starts to thicken, add salt, black pepper, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes until desire consistency has reached. 15. Serve with Mexican rice and prepared steak, sprinkle chopped parsley on top. Preparation time: 30 mins Cooking time: 45 mins Serving: 2-3
