Shawn Roderick, 12, Charged With Robbing Walgreen's

Shawn Roderick, 12, sneaked out of his parents house and rode his bicycle to a Walgreens at 3:30 a.m., walked in and demanded money. he had two plastic BB guns in his possession, and showed one to an employee. One of the workers was able to call 911 while the boy was still in the store and he was apprehended by police as he ran from the store. He did manage to get money from the register. A bicycle and a backpack were recovered from the scene. He told his parents that he was forced to do the robbery by a group of older kids, but police state he told them he did it to help his mother buy him new clothes for school. http://www.dreamindemon.com/2008/08/1...
