Mr. I. A. Rehman full name is Ibne Abdur Rehman, he was born in Gurgaon, which called now Gurugram in Haryana, India... ...in 1947 after partition he migrated with family to Pakistan, after completing his studies he started job as journalist in Pakistan Times (Newspaper) & became Chief Editor in 1989. ...during1977 when martial law was imposed in Pakistan, he continues his struggle for human rights, he was arrested due to writing columns... ...in 1987 he was one of the founders and directors of Human Rights Commission of Pakistan,...he was also founder of Pakistan-India People's Forum for Peace and Democracy... ...Due to his services he got many recognitions and awards, in 2003 he got Nuremberg International Human Rights Award. ...in 2004 he got Ramon Magsaysay award... ...his struggles for human rights, children rights, women rights and minority rights will always be remembered, he died on 12 April 2021...
