Astroworld: Victim's family announces lawsuit

Axel Acosta, 21, was killed at the Astroworld concert. Tony Buzbee, a Texas lawyer, is representing Acosta’s family and at least 34 other victims filing suit over the incident. “The air was slowly squeezed out of him causing his heart to go into cardiac arrest,” Buzbee said at a Monday news conference. “He was a great kid,” His father, Edgar Acosta, said at the news conference.
