High Protein Chicken Soup Meal Prep - DONE in 20m

This high protein chicken soup meal prep is an awesome weight loss recipe! Meal prep it for the whole week, or just have chicken soup for dinner. I won't tell anybody. High Protein Chicken Soup Meal Prep 20g Butter 1 Onion, diced 1 Big Carrot, diced 1 Bunch Celery, diced 4 Cloves Garlic, minced 1 Thumb Ginger, minced 750g Potato, cubed 1500g Chicken Breast, cubed 1.5L Chicken Stock Salt, pepper, and chili flakes to taste. 1. Heat a pot over medium heat, adding butter and diced onions. Cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring. 2. Add remaining vegetables, ginger, and garlic. Mix. 3. Add cubed chicken and boiling stock, mix. Cover and let come to a boil. Simmer for 5-10 minutes or until chicken is cooked and veggies are tender. 4.
