Due to sanctions many Hotel booking sites doesn’t functions in Iran , so it’s not easy to find hostel in all cities of Iran then there comes the Google map where you must find the hostel or hotel according to your budget by clicking on the bed icon . I found Sohrab Hostel the same way , I found it traditional and lovely and let the local guy call to the hostel and confirm if after knowing the price . Persian girl told to Indian that she would come to the street close to my Hostel in Shiraz . Iranians are very lovey , kind and hospitable. Whichever city I am , they are always ready and welcoming to pick me from my Hostel and help me in exploring the city around . I found an Iranian guy in the street who was collecting currency from different country, but he don’t have of India , he asked me for but I couldn’t give him because of travelling from long time . Meanwhile Iranian girl reached around and called me through WhatsApp , I got inside her car . She was quite happy to meet Indian guy , I was not knowing where we would be going, she took me to the Azadi Park which is quite famous in Iran . And it’s so amazing to visit in evening. I asked her what she like about Shiraz , she replied about the gardens , nightlife of Shiraz , wine of Shiraz , though it’s illegal in Iran but some people make it at their home . Shiraz is an amazing city with the amazing people . We reached at Azadi Park , I was amazed by the beauty of park , trees were beautifully lightened , it feels like I reached to some resort where Indian wedding is happening. I was again surprised by the shower in the alley made in the park with beautiful different coloured lights . Later Persian girl and Indian walked ahead on the street , she told about Marriage culture in Iran , how Iran is changing , about the hijab rules . She also told to Indian travelling in Iran that how girl and boy do casual dating , known as Dor - Dor in their slang language. How much Iranians earn means the minimum salary of Iranian was also told by Shiraz girl . She told its not easy for her to travel to India because Indian visa costs a lot to them . Persian girl also told that about the marriage culture of Iran . Nowadays it’s not easy to get married in Iran . On an average boys marry after age of 30 in Iran after establishing all required things for himself and his future wife . After walking more for a while we stopped at street open restaurant where we ordered for Masala Chai and she paid for that . Two Indian Masala chai costs 150₹ , the restaurant being near to the Azadi park , another side of Azadi Park . It was around 10 pm , the work got finished of her mother . She told me that she wants to pick her mother , I asked her that I would go by my own but she told to be with her and she would drop me to the hostel . People of Iran are very generous , I really feel so loved to travel there around .
