Average Player Attempts Asshole Mario, Part 1

I am an average Mario Player, and after seeing Asshole Mario a while ago, I decided I'd attempted this game. I played it for around an hour and a half before finally calling it quits for the time being. I didn't even reach the midway point of stage one. My video should contain a lot more deaths, but when I tried to compress the audio after recording with Quick Screen Recorder it garbled a large portion of the beginning and middle of my video. So I just salvaged what I could and made a video out of that, and used SSBB Mario Music as an overlay. Every death you see in this video is back to back, except for one cut where Mario jumps from 6 to 12 lives. I had the Infinite Lives Gameshark cheat activated. But I did NOT used tools (e.g. Save States). The only save state I will use is on the Map screen so I can see how many lives from coins I GAIN during each sitting (kind of like leaving the game on) I know I could beat this game tool assisted, but that takes the fun and challenge out of it. Also, I don't want or need your professional opinion. Yeah, I know this video is crappy. Dealing with free software sucks. It didn't want to record the right side of the emulator for some reason, and when it tried to compress the audio it froze, thus garbling my video. I mainly uploaded this to show my friends who wanted to see me play this.
