This one is finicky! Pull out the massive stone blocking the exit, stop right before the large sword pendant that’s hanging down. throw your axe to turn it to the right, then climb up on the stone and jump onto it to reach the ledge to find a Legendary Chest holding Blessing of the Frost - a Heavy Runic Attack.
