"It's good to be back" said Romelu Lukaku as he confirmed he will wear the number nine shirt at Chelsea. The Belgium international forward jumped at the chance to take the main striker's shirt, vacated by Tammy Abraham after his move to Roma. Lukaku has returned to Chelsea in a £98 million (135 million US dollars) deal from Inter Milan, with the 28-year-old claiming he could be an improvement on Lukaku Mk I.
