CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Drag racing was apparently a factor in a crash on the Norwood Lateral that sent two people to the hospital last month. Joshua Tiller faces drag racing, reckless driving, OVI and other traffic charges in connection to the May 5 crash. A car crashed on the Norwood Lateral right before the ramp onto I-75. One person had to be rescued from the car. According to Tiller's court papers, he was racing a black truck at the time of the crash. The road was shut down for hours. He was also arraigned on traffic charges from an April incident, where he allegedly was driving 64 mph on East Sharon Road, which is 25 mph. Tiller was driving with a suspended license in both cases. A judge ordered him held on $2,400 bond.
