Russian troops beat a panicked retreat from the town of Makarivka. The footage was taken in June, at the start of Ukraine’s offensive. But it has only been posted online now as the attack inches forward. It shows dozens of Russian troops fleeing headlong from the village. Which is located in the south-east of Ukraine, near Velyka Novosilka. Since this retreat, the Russian have been pushed even further back. Staromaiors'ke and Urozhaine, two villages further south, have been limited. Ukraine’s attack from Velyka Novosilka is heading towards the Azov Sea. They are trying to reach the port city of Berdyansk, near Mariupol.
