Ukraine's president Volodymyr Zelenskyy says a plan to end the war could be ready in the coming days. His negotiators are in Miami, Florida working on a US-backed peace deal to end the war. The Ukrainian delegation is meeting with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, special envoy Steve Witkoff and Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner. Ukraine says any agreement must include international security guarantees.
