TTC Bob-omb Onto Cogs using Instant Release

Using a new technique, we can release a bob-omb at the HOLP laterally by getting bonked the same frame we pick it up. In this fashion, the bob-omb is released before the HOLP is even updated. Thus, I'm hoping we can use the midair firebounce to get to the cogs, and use this bob-omb to get to the cage. I used a HOLP of (x,z) = (513,-3800).
