TOPEKA, KS - Kansas House overrides Governor Sam Brownback's veto of SB-30, a bi-partisan income tax plan that substantially fixes the structural revenue shortfall (http://workingjournalistpress.com/art...) that resulted from the 2012 Brownback 'tax experiment. This video represents the last 30 minutes before the final action vote of the Kansas House which in combination with a similar Senate vote an hour earlier, ended the Brownback 'supply side' tax experiment in state governance.
