Hitman 2 - Isle of Sgàil - Jason Portman Easter Egg

While working on the Isle of Sgàil for Hitman 2 we had a lot of fun putting in all sorts of Easter Eggs, the majority of them have been found and shared online, as Hitman 3 has released I figured I might see if I could find which ones haven't been discovered yet. I won't detail out specifically how to do this one but will say it involves Mr Jason Portman and his desire to ascend societies ranks through any means necessary.
