In sparkless range for a few characters/assists I'd assume. Doesn't like the second bomb before j.236M. Doesn't like dash rekka after kara bomb, may be possible though. Increased 2S start-up time allowing this 5 bomb into j.[S*4] 1S link for Super Baby 2 A and A16B. Can get off j.236[L] lower to the ground and very early in combo, can't or very hard to get from j.MH or j.M dj.MH for either assist. Bigger characters are easier. Combo 9 (214L Spark): 214L - (Spark) - 1S 3S - 66 - 3S - (land) - 5H - 1S 3S - 66 1S - (land) - 5H - j.[S*4] 1S - 66 - 1S - (land) - [5S*3] - 5H - 236LLMLL - Vanish - [DR] Hadn't seen an optimized 214L level 1 spark.
