Realistic Crick Cabana remodel! | The Sims 4 starter speed build + real talk

I did my very first home remodel with one of my personal top Sims 4 lots I hate and never use - Crick Cabana! I took a challenge in a sense of not using money that I don't have when moving in a young adult. It's... looking alright? RIGHT? I tried my best, but is my best enough? I moved the house slightly and edited the roof, yes, realistically it's not possible, but to give small leeway for just a bit more creativity.
