7/20/1991 Northeast Ohio Cablevision Channel Surfing Clip

I may need to upgrade my capturing equipment because a good part of it is blacked out, but the tape shows the cable box flipping from WKYC Channel 3 past Cablevision's community access and cable information channel and past SportsChannel Ohio and finally stopping at a religious program on an unknown channel.
