Once at the location, you'll come across a Ghostly Knight. After killing it, loot the nearby body and read the note to start the quest. After obtaining the quest, head into the nearby house, then up the ladder. Use Witcher Senses to see and then activate the lamp to reveal the hidden chest. Loot the chest to complete the quest.
