I didn't think that I would have to do a video on corona virus because initially I saw it as similar to the flu. But life is changing and possibly changing for the long-term. This video is not necessarily about corona virus itself but the IMPACT of the changes that are happening worldwide on our psychological and emotional health. The impact of all of the changes that are occurring as a result of this virus and those who are in decision-making positions is quite frankly traumatic.
