How To Post HIGH QUALITY Edits on TikTok (READ DESCRIPTION)

⚠ An important update as of 26th July 2025, especially as this video is gaining traction. It seems like this only helps retain quality to an extent. To explain, viewing the post through the account I posted it on shows it as the original resolution/frame rate. However, viewing it through another account (and even signed out) shows that the real post is at a slightly lower resolution at ~30 frames per second. Compression is unavoidable... right? Not exactly. You see it still made a different in terms of visual quality (and audio, I think). The biggest difference I noticed between posting as H.264 and H.265 is that H.265 seems to allocate more bit rate, therefore posts look less fuzzy or blurry. I think this is better than nothing, so I won't be removing this video. Plus, you learn a few tips and tricks in addition. Also, there are users in my comments attempting to sell "secret methods" which are scams, obviously. So don't be stupid and buy into it. --- Original description: This is how to post your edits in high quality (up to 1080p 60 fps) on TikTok and avoid compression which otherwise results in bad quality. This method is not guaranteed to work, but if it does your post should have a higher bitrate, sharper visuals, and clearer audio quality overall.
