Green tea whey protein soup Ingredients 2 cups whey ( boil the milk, curdle it , seperate paneer and water, don't discard the water..this is whey protein) 1 cup green tea 1 tsp olive oil 1 tbsp ginger garlic, finely chopped 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 cup mix colourful veggies, finely chopped ( carrots, beans,red yellow Bell pepper) 1 tsp Black pepper 2 tablespoon of green chili sauce Salt to taste 2-3 basil leaves 2 tbsp coriander leaves 2 tablespoon green garlic (optional) Method 🍵 boil the milk, curdle it , seperate paneer and water, don't discard the water..this is whey protein. 🍵 Make 1 cup of green tea. 🍵Heat oilve oil..add ginger garlic and onions..saute for 30 sec. 🍵 Add mix veggies..saute for a while. 🍵Add basil leaves. 🍵 Add green tea and whey protein..mix well. 🍵 Add Black pepper,salt and green chili sauce..mix well.
