Russia may not make Azov Battalion fighters part of any swap deal

Negotiations to evacuate all remaining Ukrainian soldiers trapped at the Azovstal steel plant in Mariupol continues. Ukraine is holding out for a deal with Russia to get them out alive. Since Monday, hundreds of surrendered Ukrainian troops have been arriving near the Russian separatist-controlled region of Donetsk following their evacuation. Kiev hopes they would be swapped in a prisoner exchange. But some Russian officials have said they could be tried for regime crimes. Yasmine El-Sabawi reports.
