How Thailand Fought COVID-19 | COVID-19 Recovery Bangkok, Thailand Success Story

Social distancing is one of the measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. According to Global COVID-19 Index, Thailand ranks second in the world and first in Asia for COVID-19 recovery. Thailand’s ability to achieve zero locally transmitted cases is due to a number of measures by the government of Thailand. Some of these measures include: wearing of facial masks in shopping malls, markets, schools and all public places, provision of hand sanitizers at all public places, and Social Distancing. This video highlights some of ways the Thai government and the law abiding people of Thailand implement the social distancing at some public places in Thailand. Thailand has stopped community transmission of COVID-19. Today marks 41 consecutive days of zero (no local) locally transmitted of COVID-19 cases in Thailand.
