Denim Blues was a tv show filmed in Ottawa, Ontario Canada in the late 1980's.  From WIKI: In 1988, Dick Cooper followed up his earlier production, High school Confidential by producing and directing 13 episodes of the television series Denim Blues, a half-hour teen drama which was subsequently syndicated in both Canada and Japan.
