Prima Facie Evidence To Book Oommen Chandy: Solar Report| Mathrubhumi News

T'puram: The Justice Sivarajan Commission report states that prima facie evidence exist to book a graft case against former chief minister Oommen Chandy in the solar case. The report states that Chandy had got Rs 32 lakh from the main accused Satitha S Nair. Rs 42 lakh was received from Sridharan Nair, a businessman and a complainant in a solar scam-related cheating case. From this amount, Rs 32 lakh was given to Chandy as bribe. It was also stated that Saritha was in regular touch with the chief minister's office. Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan and Aryadan Muhammed had gone an extra mile to help Oommen Chandy, the solar report states. The report also names Thampanoor Ravi and Benny Behanan.
