Will Suzuki Comeback in 2023? The Fall of Suzuki Cars, Samurai, JIMNY | Why Suzuki Stop Making Cars

You might remember some of their cool compact cars or motorcycles from a decade ago, but then what happened? Their cars had a great reputation for being highly fuel efficient and inexpensive compared to many of their American counterparts. However, Suzuki sightings these days are becoming fewer and farther between. In fact, the company’s U.S. based operations declared bankruptcy in 2012 with their Canadian operation following suit in 2013. The Japanese automaker no longer sells its vehicles in North America, something I found very surprising. But what’s even more surprising is that Suzuki has continued to thrive, despite its withdraw from North America altogether. In this video, I’ll run you through how Suzuki started, how their success was thrown out of the water from a scandal and finally why you don’t see Suzuki cars on the road in the US anymore these days.
