Next, add 2 sliced radishes, 1 teaspoon rock salt, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, and 1 teaspoon coriander powder. Mix and cook for 2 minutes. Pour ½ cup water, cover, and cook for 10 minutes. Then, add ¼ cup tamarind puree, mix well, and add the cooked dal. Adjust water and cook for 10 minutes. Finally, add salt, chopped coriander, and grated coconut. Serve hot with rice and ghee. Enjoy!
