[Live] RV found engulfed in flames along Roseville Rd in Antelope, November 30, 2020

#EARLIER #VehicleFire #Antelope #NorthHighlands Roseville Rd & Whyte Ave, Roseville Rd & Tupelo Dr #OnlyOnPSN At about 12:45 a.m., Sacramento Metro Fire responded to Roseville Rd and Whyte Ave in Antelope for reports of a vehicle on fire. Upon arrival, firefighters found an R.V., far off the roadway and on fire. The battalion chief requested a pump and roll engine in order to make access to the fire near the train tracks. While waiting, firefighters were able to get a hoseline to the vehicle to start attacking the fire. Fire crews work quickly to put the flames out before the fire could spread to nearby vegetation. Nearly 20 minutes later, another vehicle fire was reported on the 5500 block of Tupelo Dr in North Highlands. A neighbor grabbed his garden hose and attempted to put out the flames while waiting for firefighters to arrive. He says he observed someone intentionally set the vehicle on fire and flee the scene. Again fire crews made quick work and put the fire out without further incident. There were no injuries or arrests in either case, this is all the information we have at this time.
