Unbeknownst to Claire, however, she is being watched and soon after, a group of masked militants infiltrate the place, taking the attendants hostage. Claire and Moira are injected by the mysterious attackers and abducted with other TerraSave members. When Claire and Moira awake, they find themselves in an abandoned prison, in individual cells across from each other. Furthermore, strange bracelets have been attached to their wrists, contraptions that they later discover are used by a watching party to measure the wearer's degree of fear. The cell doors open on their own, allowing Claire and Moira to attempt to make their escape. However, they find themselves in for a true trial as their captor notifies them that they are now participating in a study and experiment on human survival. (Source Wikipedia)
