In the game, the player controls a human teenager, Kris, who is destined to save the world together with Susie, a monster, and Ralsei, a prince from the Dark World. During their quest to seal the Dark Fountains prophesied to end the world, the group makes both friends and foes. The combat system is turn-based and uses bullet hell mechanics. Similarly to Undertale, enemy encounters can be resolved peacefully or through violence. The Roaring Knight, often referred to as just the Knight (often said in all caps), is the overall main antagonist of Deltarune. So far, they have served as the overarching antagonist of the first three chapters, and the main antagonist of the fourth. They are the creator of the multiple Dark Fountains around Hometown in an apparent effort to summon the Titans and bring the Roaring. They are also the indirect cause of King, Queen, and Tenna's falls into tyranny and villainy, and may have connections to the strange someone behind Jevil and Spamton's madness. Black Knife is the 30th track of the DELTARUNE Chapters 3+4 OST. It plays during the battle against the Knight at the end of Chapter 3.
