Finding a Living Donor

When a kidney patient and their family are told the best outcome would be a living kidney donor this can bring up many emotions and a feeling of not knowing where to start. This session will share some ideas on how to create your story, and get the word out in the way it works for you. Then meet two amazing kidney recipients who found their living kidney donors in very different ways. Highlighting everyone’s journey is different but know your not alone . We will then bring the moderator and speakers together for a fire side chat to discuss some interesting questions and finish up the session with Q & A from the audience.
