Enjoyment - 8/10 Gameplay - 7.5/10 Music - 8/10 Deco - 9.5/10 Originality - 8/10 (First off, apologies for the slightly choppy quality I recorded this on VERY low storage which was very much a bad idea) So, a new hardest before the new year... I don't really know where to begin, I had been sitting on 17% and a couple thousand attempts for around five years and never really had the drive to attempt this, however about a week ago I decided to give it a real shot. Progress throughout the first half was very quick, since it's really not very hard and is quite easy to learn. The only troublesome part I would say is the ball click at 35%, everything else gets very very consistent and you'll breeze through it on most attempts. The slow wave right after isn't hard at all and even on mobile I found it really easy, just the first click/release can be a little hard to judge sometimes. The drop is by far the hardest part as the click pattern for the UFO can be a pain to learn, and my god the ship at 55% does NOT get very consistent, half the time I passed it felt like sheer luck. Admittedly this is by far the most satisfying part to pull off, ESPECIALLY the UFO clicks with the high CPS gameplay being quite engaging. The wave at 63% has some annoying releases but all in all isn't that bad, same for the robot right after since it's mainly just buffer clicks. However I really cannot excuse the HEINOUS blind wave release at 72%, it's just very unfair and I died there 7 times, easily the hardest input in the entire level. The part after the drop is a little janky for my liking, with having to buffer nearly every click in the dual being quite annoying and the first set of moving objects in the swingcopter having the ability to throw you into the ceiling (which isn't great). However, there is an even more despicable blind ship transition at 91% (which I obviously died to), which also should have never made it into the level. The last 10% as a whole feels a little poorly put together, especially the wave clicks towards the end which do lowkey feel disgusting. My final thoughts are overall positive, as I am a big fan of The Dedication Series and I do think Allegiance is pretty fun… but it’s showing its age with some of the balancing, and blind clicks were never fun to begin with. Anyways, happy to have beaten this as my 3rd Extreme and new hardest (yeah it’s harder than Cataclysm). Oh also happy 2nd anniversary to 2.2, crazy how time flies... 7103 Attempts: 5492 Before December 2025 1611 During December 2025 Worst Fails: 70-85% x19, 91%, 93% Liveplay: • Allegiance by nikroplays 100% [Liveplay] Beaten on Acer Nitro V16-41 165hz; 360FPS Keyboard: Wooting 80HE
