Add butter and thyme, cook few mins then add cream. Cook until paste forms Slather mustard around filet. On Plastic Wrap lay out Fathead Dough, then Prosciutto, top with Duxelle place filet in middle then wrap the prosciutto/duxelle around it. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap. Refrig at least 30 mins, up to 24 hours Preheat Oven 425, Brush with egg wash, bake until internal temp 120 for med rare about 25-35 mins. Let rest 5-10 mins.
