Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy CM Manish Sisodia were also present on the occasion. Mann is on a two-day visit to the national capital to visit schools and hospitals run by the AAP government in Delhi Earlier, Punjab Congress leader Navjot Sidhu said Mann’s Delhi visit is a deviation from real issues and just a photo-op. The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
