Parker, published in 1880:7 in "Children's singing lancers" illustrated by Mrs. Staples, A. Chantrey Corbould, and A.D. Longmuir. Cover title: Routledge's singing quadrille & lancers. The nursery rhyme was first described in "The Kentish coronal, original prose and poetry by persons connected with the ..." (1841) under "Pokings in poetry" by H. G. Adams, where the rhyme was described as an "old ballad or lyric poem", spelled "Georgy Peorgy" (https://books.google.no/books?id=orak...) It has since been popular and it has been published in numerous books with rhymes from the Mother Goose Tradition.
