Woman arrested after being accused of using heroin, crashing car while children were in it

CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A woman is in jail on charges she crashed her car after using heroin with children in it. The accident Krista Turner is accused of causing last week threw one child from her car on I-75. Police say that child was unrestrained in the backseat. Turner faces two counts of child endangerment. She's being held on a $25,000 bond.
