Every Groom wishes to have include this rich in taste recipe in their reception menu. People took this sweet as a souvenir to their loved ones. In winters, this sweet dish is the integral part of gathering mostly after dinner till late nights. The more amount of liters of milk, the extra time will it required with gossips and chanting around the bon fire. It has a very superb taste and I am unable to control myself in winters almost every second night being far away from native land. INGREDIENTS: 1- Semolina (Sooji) quarter of KG 2- Milk - 5 to 8 litres 3- Oil - half litre 4- Sugar to taste 5- Elaichi (Cardamom) 10 cloves 6- Colored tuti fruiti as per taste RECIPE: 1- Put oil in cauldron (Karahi) and wait for heat up 2- Put Milk 🥛 in the heated oil 3- Add Semolina (Sooji) in the milk. 4- Shake the mixture at the bottom of cauldron continuously to avoid sooji burnt. 5- Shake well till the end of complete water evaporation 6- dim the burner time and again till the end of process to avoid burnt halwa. 7- Complete preparation will take more than an hour so wait patiently. 8- When cooking oil or ghee extracts from the cooked halwa then turn off the burner and take down the cauldron to cold the halwa.
