Well, learning to paint like a pro that is really bad at painting. Like, I guess they're not a "pro" in the complimentary way, but maybe still like a "pro" as in professional. I don't know why they would still have a job though if they're bad. Maybe they're self-employed? Or maybe they're blackmailing their employer into letting them keep their job. Either way, I'm painting like them. I'm painting badly.
