Caroline is a practicing veterinarian with experience administering electrocardiograms and whose father is a cardiologist. When she recognized she was having the classic symptoms of heart attack even she decided it was probably a panic attack because of the recent stresses in her life. It was only after her EKG showed V-tach (ventricular tachycardia) that she and the attending physician realized they had been wrong.
