The "Transform" panel is used for basic and advanced transformations of selected objects in Adobe Illustrator. Here's how you can access and use it: Select the Object(s): Click on the object you want to transform or hold the "Shift" key and click to select multiple objects. Open the Transform Panel: Go to "Window" in the top menu and then choose "Transform" to open the "Transform" panel. If the panel is already open, make sure it is visible on your workspace. Apply Transformations: In the "Transform" panel, you will see various options to transform the selected object(s). Here are some of the common transformation options: Position: Change the X and Y position of the selected object(s). Width and Height: Adjust the width and height of the object(s). Rotate: Rotate the object(s) by a specific angle. Shear: Shear the object(s) horizontally or vertically. Scale: Scale the object(s) proportionally or non-proportionally. Apply Multiple Transformations: You can apply multiple transformations at once. Simply enter the values for each transformation you want to apply, and click the "Apply" button. Preview and Apply: When you enter values in the Transform panel, you will see a live preview of how the transformation will affect the selected object(s). Once you are satisfied with the transformation, click the "Apply" button to confirm the changes. Remember that the Transform panel only works on selected objects. So, make sure you have the object(s) you want to transform selected before using the panel. If you were referring to a different "Transform Panel" within the "Effect" panel or if there have been changes in the Illustrator interface after my last update, I recommend checking Adobe Illustrator's official documentation or the latest software version for the most up-to-date information.
