Made this video to help anyone out there struggling with finishing Birkin's final mutation. I made the mistake of creating acid rounds with the limited supplies available before this fight, then saved my game. I couldn't kill him with just the acid rounds, and I thought I was basically stuck now since I saved and erased my previous save.
